Confidentiality:
The confidentiality of your information, including case notes (which are a record of our conversations) and any other personal information is of great importance to me. These are stored on the Powerdiary practice management software server and are held securely. Click link for more information.
Robyn Bowman Counselling functions under the PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia) code of ethics as well as the CCAA (Christian Counsellor Association) code of ethics. Any details given to the counsellor during your counselling sessions or phone calls, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and not divulged to any other person except in the following cases:
1) you or someone you know is in danger
2) its required by law in the case of subpoena
3) you grant permission.
