Unlike most blogs, this one will be short on detail and words. I hate blogs that take half an hour to get to the point, while I learn what the writer had for breakfast and what they are watching on netflix. (Enough reflection, Robyn!!!)

This blog will be brief and to the point (that is counselling and mental health) and not especially eloquent. If that’s what you need, please stay in the hope of helping you with your mental health or that of those who you love. I want you to THRIVE. I think you want that too.

The main plan is to add resources (for adults, teens and/or kids) with a little detail. I have millions of them but one or two a week is enough and I will also add them to the resource page which already has some of my favourite books and websites.
